Chicken, zucchini and yellow squash are grilled with Italian dressing and spooned into pitas in this easy but flavorful dish.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 green pepper s, cut into wedges
1 red onion, sliced
1 each small zucchini and yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
6 whole wheat pita bread s, cut in half

Heat greased grill to medium heat.
Set aside 1/4 cup dressing.
Grill chicken 6 min. to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F) and vegetables 4 to 5 min. on each side or until crisp-tender, brushing all frequently with remaining dressing during last 5 min. of grilling.
Cut chicken and vegetables into thin strips; mix lightly. Spoon evenly into pitas. Serve topped with reserved dressing.
Use Your Broiler
Place chicken and vegetables on 2 separate broiler pans. Brush with 1/2 cup dressing. Broil chicken, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F), and vegetables 5 to 6 min. on each side or until crisp-tender. Continue as directed.
Prepare using red peppers.

Substitute 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast, cut into strips, for the fresh chicken. Omit grilling; cook and stir chicken and vegetables in 1/2 cup dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through. Continue as directed.
