Asparagus spears are wrapped in ham and brushed with Italian dressing, then grilled to perfection and sprinkled with Parmesan.

1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Boiled Ham
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat greased grill to medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup dressing over asparagus in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat asparagus with dressing.

Place ham in single layer on cutting board, folding each slice in half. Center 4 or 5 asparagus spears on each folded ham slice; roll up tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

Grill 7 to 10 min., or until asparagus is crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min. Remove and discard toothpicks. Sprinkle asparagus with cheese.

How to Trim Fresh Asparagus
Asparagus spears snap off naturally where they are tough. Simply bend the spear near the bottom end and it will break off at the right point. Or, remove an inch or so of the "woody" portion off the bottom of the stalks with a sharp knife.
