This BAKER'S® Easy Dark Chocolate Fudge is all about melting yummy ingredients together and waiting for them to emerge from the fridge.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray; set aside. Mix corn syrup and evaporated milk in 2-qt. saucepan. Add chocolate; cook on medium-low heat until chocolate is completely melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with wooden spoon until thick and glossy. Immediately spread into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 min. before cutting into 20 squares to serve.

Substitute whipping cream for the evaporated milk.
Fudge can be prepared up to 3 weeks ahead for gift giving. Store between layers of waxed paper in airtight container in refrigerator.
