Heat oven to 350°F.
Press cookie dough onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 16 to18 min. or until golden brown; cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Top with apples; drizzle with caramel topping.
At 16 servings, this fun recipe is a great dessert to serve at a kids' party or classroom celebration.
Alternate Baking Pan
Divide dough in half. Press each half into 8-inch circle on separate baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in 350°F oven 15 min. or until golden brown. Continue as directed.
To help keep cut apples from browning, toss them with a little fresh lemon juice before using as directed.
