Got leftover chicken? This wonderful Italian-style casserole, creamy with sour cream and cream of mushroom soup, can be on the table in 40 minutes.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half, cooked and drained
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen cut green beans, thawed, drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix soup, sour cream and 3/4 cup Parmesan in large bowl. Add spaghetti, green beans and chicken; mix lightly.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
Try serving with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Salad Dressing, such as Zesty Italian.
