Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion s
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 lb. beef ribs, cut into individual rib sections

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 425°F.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
Place ribs in shallow foil-lined pan; brush with half the barbecue sauce mixture.
Bake 15 min. Turn ribs; brush with remaining barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done.
Serve with a glass of fat-free milk and your favorite steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli.
