2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

Stir in pasta, tomatoes and broth. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until heated through.
