What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
12 TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Shells, warmed
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet with peppers and onions; drain. Add water and barbecue sauce; mix well. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Spoon filling evenly into taco shells; sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
