Let's Make It
Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chops 8 to 10 min. or until done (145ºF), turning every 4 min. and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.
Transfer chops to plate; cover. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
Prepare using your favorite cut of pork chops, adjusting grilling time as necessary until chops are done.
How to Prevent Food From Sticking to the Grill
To prevent food from sticking to the grill, lightly brush the grill grate with vegetable oil before preheating the grill. Or, spray the cold grill grate with cooking spray.
Resist the temptation to open the lid of the grill to check on the food every couple of minutes. Every time you open the lid, heat escapes, which results in a longer cooking time.
