2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomato es
2 green onion s, sliced
1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush chicken with dressing. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F).
Meanwhile, stir cheese, tomatoes and onions into rice.
Serve chicken over rice mixture.
Substitute chopped red peppers for the tomatoes.
