Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
5 cups cut-up assorted fresh fruit, such as red grapes, melon, pineapple and strawberries
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows

Let's Make It
Place coconut in microwaveable pie plate or shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec. Let stand until cool.
Mix COOL WHIP and dressing in large bowl until blended.
Add fruit and marshmallows; mix lightly. Stir in coconut. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
