Beat cream cheese, Cheddar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add vegetables and dressing mix; mix well.

Refrigerate 30 min. Shape into 8-inch log; roll in nuts until evenly coated. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours.
