Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in Seasoning Mix and sour cream.
Spray 12x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray; cover bottom of dish with 5 Tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese; cover with chicken mixture and remaining tortillas. Drizzle with Taco Sauce.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Serve this main dish with a mixed green salad for a quick-and-tasty weekday meal.
Spoon 1 rinsed 15-oz. can black beans, or 1 cup frozen corn, over chicken layer in baking dish before covering with second layer of tortillas.
Omit oil and substitute 1 lb. lean ground beef for the chicken.
