What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
1 cup OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until evenly browned. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
Add pasta sauce and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice; top with chicken and cheeses. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Omit oil. Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast for the cooked chicken. Chop chicken, then combine with pasta sauce and water; bring to boil. Stir in rice, then top with cheeses; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
