Nothing says the party's started like the smell of this Warm Caramelized Onion Appetizer Dip wafting from the kitchen!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
2 tsp. canola oil
2 large onion s, chopped (about 2 cups)
1 red pepper, chopped
3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add peppers; cook 5 to 6 min. or until onions are golden brown and onions and peppers are tender. Remove from heat.
Add dressing and mustard to onion mixture; mix well. Stir in mozzarella; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with Parmesan.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until heated through.
Serve with assorted crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.
