1 red pepper, chopped

reduced-fat thin wheat snack crackers

How to Hydrate Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Cover tomatoes with boiling water; let stand 5 min. Drain and discard liquid. Chop tomatoes, then use as directed.
Substitute a green pepper for the red pepper.
