1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, slivered
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom s, quartered
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 6 to 8 min. or until done.

Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; cover. Simmer on medium heat 15 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
