What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 green onion s, sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min. on each side or until cooked through (170°F).
Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.
Add tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared Dinner; mix lightly. Top with the chicken.
Keeping it Safe
Always thaw frozen chicken in the refrigerator, not on the countertop.
Substitute chopped fresh cilantro for chopped fresh parsley and add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper with the tomatoes.
