What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
24 cocktail-size smoked sausage links
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup beer
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat sausage links as directed on package.
Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA, beer, sour cream and mustard in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
Sprinkle onions over dip. Serve with sausage links.
Prepare recipe as directed, omitting the beer and increasing the sour cream to 1/2 cup.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
This flavorful dip is also great served with pretzels and/or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as celery, broccoli or red peppers.
