These appetizing Caesar Salad Cocktails are prepared in glasses, drizzled with dressing and served with freshly baked Parmesan crisps.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
6 cups loosely packed chopped romaine lettuce
12 cherry tomatoes
6 pickled pearl onion s
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spoon cheese into 6 mounds, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; flatten slightly. Bake 6 min. or golden brown, carefully turning after 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool.
Place lettuce in 6 (8-oz.) glasses. Thread 2 tomatoes and 1 onion alternately onto each of 6 skewers. Add to glasses. Drizzle with dressing.
Top with cheese crisps.
For best results, prepare in short glasses with wide-mouthed tops.
Recipe can easily be doubled to serve a larger crowd.
