1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
6 boneless pork chop s (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
6 Tbsp. apricot preserves

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Place chops on foil-covered baking sheet; spread with preserves. Top with stuffing.
Bake 15 min. or until stuffing is golden brown and chops are done (145ºF). Remove from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
Prepare using peach jam.
Serve with hot steamed fresh green beans or broccoli.
