1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/2 tsp. chili powder
48 scooped tortilla chips
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Brown meat in skillet; drain.

Stir in salsa and chili powder; simmer on low heat 3 min., stirring occasionally.

Place tortilla chips in single layer on rimmed baking sheet; fill with meat mixture, adding about 1 tsp. to each. Top with cheese.

Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and onions.

Substitute 1 cup refried beans for the browned ground beef. Mix with salsa and chili powder in saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon into chips, then top with cheese and bake as directed.
