3 Tbsp. raspberry jam
2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
1/4 apple, thinly sliced

Heat broiler.

Place cheese on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or just until cheese is softened.

Transfer to platter; spread with jam. Top with nuts and apples.

Variation
To heat cheese in the oven instead of under the broiler, heat oven to 400ºF. Place cheese on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min. or just until cheese is softened. Transfer cheese to platter; continue as directed.
How to Prepare with Smaller Wheel of Brie
If 8-oz. wheel of Brie is unavailable, prepare as directed using 4- to 5-oz. cheese wheel, and reducing jam to 4-1/2 tsp. and nuts to 1 Tbsp. Garnish with a few thin apple slices. Makes 5 servings.
