What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-3/4 cups water
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Let's Make It
Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in chili powder.
Stir in tomatoes and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
Add VELVEETA; cook and stir 5 min. or until melted.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
