What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, bacon bits, 1-1/4 cups cheese and 6 Tbsp. barbecue sauce just until blended.
Shape into oval loaf in 13x9-inch pan.
Bake 45 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF). Spread top of meatloaf with remaining barbecue sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve this flavorful entrée with a mixed green salad and hot steamed vegetable, such as green beans.
Top with sliced green onions.
