Heat oven to 350°F.
Layer half each of the bread, broccoli, peppers and cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers.
Beat eggs, milk and butter with whisk in large bowl until well blended. Pour evenly over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until center is set.
