Please all your guests with Cheesy Greek Pinwheel Appetizers. These pinwheel appetizers are made with spinach and three different kinds of cheese.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
6 flour tortilla s (10 inch)

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except tortillas until blended; spread onto tortillas. Roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375°F. Unwrap roll-ups; trim and discard ends. Cut each roll-up into 8 slices; place, cut sides up, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheets.
Bake 10 min.
Serve with tzatziki, a classic Greek dip, on the side.
These easy-to-make roll-ups can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before slicing and baking as directed.
