Made with Parmesan and fresh basil on a ciabatta bread loaf, this yummy garlic bread is good as an appetizer or a side dish for a green salad.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ciabatta bread loaf (14 oz.), split

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients except bread; spread onto cut sides of bread.
Reassemble bread loaf; wrap in foil.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Unwrap bread; slice. Serve warm.
Serve as an appetizer, or with your favorite pasta dish along with a mixed green salad.
