What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, graham crumbs and baking powder. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Press half the dough onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with marshmallow creme and chocolate chunks. Cover with remaining dough.
Bake 25 to 28 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting to serve.

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method. Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed. Remove foil. When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.
