What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, any variety
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Microwave chocolate and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in sugar and coffee. Microwave 3 min., stirring after 2 min.
Add butter and vanilla; stir until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
Add a dash or two of ground cinnamon to chocolate before melting as directed.
Serve this warm easy-to-make sauce over your favorite dessert, such as ice cream, pudding or cake. Or, serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
How to Store
Store any leftover sauce in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave just before serving.
