1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup milk
1-3/4 cups baking mix
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine chicken, vegetables and VELVEETA in large bowl. Mix soup and sour cream until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Add milk to baking mix; stir to form soft dough. Add bacon; mix well. Drop into 8 mounds over chicken mixture.
Bake 23 to 25 min. or until chicken mixture is hot and bubbly, and biscuit topping is golden brown.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
Cheesy Turkey & Biscuits
Prepare as directed, using chopped cooked turkey.
Cheesy Chicken & Potato Pie
Omit milk, baking mix and bacon. Prepare chicken mixture, then spoon into baking dish as directed. Prepare 1 pkt. VELVEETA Cheesy Mashed Potatoes as directed on package; spread over chicken mixture. Bake in 375°F oven 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
