This easy bacon frittata skillet gets its cheesy potato flavor from sharp cheddar and shredded hash browns.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1/3 cup sliced green onion s
2 Tbsp. milk
10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add hash browns; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Spread evenly onto bottom of skillet.
Mix egg product, onions and milk until blended; pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with bacon; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 10 min. or until center is set.
Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 2 min. or until melted.
Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and/or freshly ground black pepper just before serving.
Make it Easy
Substitute 1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, for the crumbled cooked bacon.
Store unopened package of bacon in refrigerator until the "Use by Date" stamped on the package. Once opened, wrap tightly and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
