What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 links Italian sausage, casings removed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cans (15 oz. each) cannellini beans, drained
1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
2-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Crumble sausage into large saucepan. Add onions and garlic; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until sausage is browned, stirring frequently. Drain; return to pan.
Add beans, pasta sauce and water; stir. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spinach and cheese; simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
Prepare using kidney beans.
