1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

Heat dressing in nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 15 min. or until golden brown.

Stir in tomatoes; bring to boil.

Crack eggs over tomato mixture, spacing evenly apart; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; simmer on low heat 4 to 5 min. until eggs are set.
