What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 large sweet onion s, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
12 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Cook onions in dressing in large covered skillet on medium-low heat 25 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Roll pastry into 12-inch square on lightly floured surface. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan. Spread with cream cheese spread to within 1 inch of edges; top with onions and remaining ingredients.
Bake 15 min. or until pastry is golden brown. Serve warm or cooled to room temperature.
No puff pastry? Prepare with phyllo dough instead. Stack 4 sheets of phyllo, brushing each sheet lightly with melted butter before stacking. Continue as directed, baking 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown.
