There's no better way to treat leftover ham than to have it star again in this easy, cheesy baked potato dish made with Neufchatel and Cheddar.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 lb. baking potato es (about 4 large), peeled, thinly sliced
3 cups chopped leftover baked ham
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Heat oven to 375°F.

Microwave Neufchatel and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; whisk until Neufchatel is melted and mixture is well blended. Gradually stir in broth. Add potatoes, ham and 1-1/4 cups cheddar; mix lightly.

Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

Bake 1 hour 10 min. or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.
