8 boneless pork chop s, 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
4 large plum tomato es, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 20 min. or until done (145ºF). Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, onion and basil.

Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
