Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding peppers and oregano to saucepan with the stuffing mix.

Substitute 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning for the fresh oregano.

Italian Seasoning Substitute
Italian seasoning is a combination of dried basil, oregano and thyme. It can be purchased already blended or you can make your own. For each 1 tsp. of Italian seasoning called for, just combine 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano and 1/4 tsp. dried thyme.
