Heat oven to 375°F.
Place tortillas on baking sheets. Spread each tortilla with 1 Tbsp. dressing; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 tsp. herbs.
Bake 6 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted and tortilla is crispy. Cut into wedges to serve.
