What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 Tbsp. water
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 tomato, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Beat eggs and water in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese, tomatoes and basil. Reserve 1 bacon slice. Crumble remaining bacon; stir into egg mixture.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Crumble reserved bacon; sprinkle over egg mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
For a delightful brunch idea, serve this easy-to-make frittata with a seasonal fresh fruit salad.
For added flavor, cook bacon in skillet as directed on package; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add 1/2 cup chopped onions to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat until crisp-tender. Cool slightly. Stir into egg mixture with the 3 crumbled cooked bacon slices. Continue as directed.
