Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 tsp. orange zest
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 can (8 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 orange slices, quartered

Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP and zest. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, mix cranberry sauce and orange juice; refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve cheesecake topped with cranberry sauce, remaining COOL WHIP and orange slices.
Variation Cranberry-Lemon No-Bake Cheesecake
Prepare using lemon zest, juice and slices in place of orange.
