What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 cups flour
2-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 egg s
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix first 5 ingredients; set aside. Beat eggs, oil and 1/3 cup coffee in large bowl. Add pumpkin and brown sugar; mix well. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. coffee.
Drizzle glaze over warm bread. Cool bread completely.
Stir 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
