This dip starts with black beans and gets increasingly delicious with cilantro, crumbled bacon, garlic and Italian dressing.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 canned chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce
3 cloves garlic
2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans, drained
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Reserve 2 Tbsp. cilantro. Process remaining cilantro in food processor with dressing, chipotle pepper and garlic until blended. Add beans; process until well blended.
Spread onto bottom of pie plate; top with bacon.
Chop reserved cilantro; sprinkle over dip.
Substitute 1 stemmed jalapeño pepper for the chipotle pepper.
