Caramelized onions and crispy chopped bacon lend their sweet and smoky appeal to this creamy layered cranberry spread.

3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/2 cup drained canned whole berry cranberry sauce

Cook and stir bacon in small skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Return bacon to skillet; stir in mustard.

Cut cream cheese horizontally in half with sharp knife; place bottom half on plate. Top with half the onion mixture. Repeat layers.

Top with cranberry sauce.

Wrap 18-inch piece of dental floss around middle of cream cheese brick, overlapping ends. Pull ends steadily to cut the cream cheese.
