When in doubt, serve something that's guaranteed to please everyone! This appetizer is made with herbed cheese and crispy crumbled bacon.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion s
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1/2 tsp. paprika

Let's Make It
Process VELVEETA and cream cheese in food processor until well blended; transfer to medium bowl. Stir in bacon, onions and 2 Tbsp. parsley. Place on large piece of plastic wrap.
Roll into log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Remove plastic wrap. Roll log in remaining parsley; sprinkle with paprika.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Refrigerate leftovers. Use as a topper for hot baked potatoes.
Serve with assorted crackers.
