Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. dry white wine, divided
1 lb. cod fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender.

Stir in tomatoes and 1/2 cup wine. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Add cod; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 6 min. Add scallops and shrimp; stir. Simmer 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink, scallops turn opaque and cod flakes easily with fork, stirring occasionally.

Whisk Neufchatel and remaining wine until blended. Add to chowder along with the basil; mix well. Cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
