These yummy Peanut Butter Cream Bars have a far broader appeal than their name suggests. Fans of chocolate and marshmallow creme will love 'em, too!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 32 servings
8 graham cracker s, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
12 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
1-1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
2 jars (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
3 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix graham crumbs, sugar and butter until blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min.; cool.
Microwave 8 oz. white chocolate and peanut butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until completely melted, stirring after each minute. Whisk in marshmallow creme; carefully spread over crust.
Place semi-sweet chocolate and remaining white chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolates are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min. Spread over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Enjoy a sweet treat on occasion but remember to keep tabs on portions.
For easy cleanup and removal of dessert from pan, line pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides, before spraying pan with cooking spray. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
