Microwave caramels and cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is smooth, stirring after 1-1/2 min. Cool slightly.
Place nuts in groups of 3 on rimmed baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon caramel mixture over center of each cluster of nuts, with ends of nuts uncovered. Let stand until caramel is firm.
Spread melted chocolate over caramel mixture. Let stand until chocolate is set.
