These creamy, cheesy, bacon-filled appetizers do require you to cut the tops off of 30 cherry tomatoes. But the results are absolutely worth the effort.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 15 servings
30 cherry tomatoes
3 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 green onion s, finely chopped

Let's Make It
Cut tops off tomatoes; discard tops. Scoop out seeds from tomatoes; place tomatoes, cut sides down, on paper towels to drain.
Meanwhile, combine bacon, dressing, cheese and onions. Refrigerate 30 min.
Spoon bacon mixture into tomatoes.
Best of Season
If cherry tomatoes are not available, and you can only get grape tomatoes, use large ones. Small tomatoes are too time consuming to scoop out and fill.
Prepare recipe as directed except for filling the tomatoes. Refrigerate tomatoes and bacon mixture, in separate containers, up to 24 hours. If the filling is too thick, stir a small amount of additional dressing into it before spooning into the tomatoes.
