1-1/2 lb. red potato es (about 5), unpeeled, quartered
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min. or until potatoes are tender; drain.

Add milk, dressing, bacon, garlic powder and pepper; mash potato mixture. Stir in cheese.
